Built for Jurisdictional Control

The AI compute
infrastructure of regulated markets.

Rhodium 45 builds modular, sovereign-grade GPU compute for regulated enterprise and government worldwide. Engineered for jurisdictional control — inference and fine-tuning behind the perimeter your regulator requires.

The Thesis

Hyperscalers cannot serve the workloads that matter most to regulated markets.

Seven trillion dollars of AI compute capital expenditure will be deployed by 2030. Today, that capacity sits in five US states, Ireland and Singapore — jurisdictions that cannot lawfully serve the inference workloads of an increasingly sovereign-regulated global economy.

More than 120 data privacy regimes worldwide require data to be processed and stored in physical jurisdictions. GDPR, India's DPDPA, Brazil's LGPD, Nigeria's NDPA, South Africa's POPIA and dozens more are not aspirational frameworks — they are binding constraints on how regulated institutions can consume AI.

We built the architecture against the most uncompromising residency, key-custody and audit requirements on earth. The same perimeter ships wherever sovereignty is the requirement — Europe, the Gulf, South Asia, LATAM and beyond.

Rhodium 45 is the architecture that fits the regulated economy. Modular, distributed, sovereign-ready — in every jurisdiction that asks.

What We Operate

Four services. One sovereign perimeter.

01

Sovereign Inference

Sub-second, in-country GPU inference on dedicated H200 and B200-class capacity. Your data never leaves the jurisdiction your regulator requires.

02

Fine-Tuning & Custom Models

Train against your proprietary corporate — customer records, claims data, citizen records — under customer-controlled cryptography. No third-party data egress.

03

Behind-the-Meter Power

Modular containers sited on stranded gas and sovereign-allocated grid power. Bypass 4–7 year grid interconnect queues entirely.

04

Air-Gapped Operations

Optional fully air-gapped operating mode for defence, intelligence, and critical-infrastructure workloads. Audit interfaces regulators can use directly.

Built where the data must stay.

Launch markets span the EU, Gulf, India, LATAM, APAC and priority sovereign deployments across emerging regulated economies. Sovereign engagement in Year 1; container deployment ramps from Year 2.

Frequently Asked

Questions procurement teams ask first.

Full architecture, contract structure, SLA and regulator interface walkthroughs are shared under mutual NDA.

Who manufactures and operates the infrastructure?+

Containers are manufactured by a tier-1 modular data-centre delivery partner, built to the Rhodium 45 reference architecture. Rhodium 45 owns the customer relationship, operates the sovereign control plane, and holds operational accountability end-to-end.

What is the minimum engagement?+

Pilot engagements begin at a single 1 MW container (≈256 H200-class GPUs). Reserved multi-container and multi-jurisdiction deployments are sized to the customer's workload and regulator footprint.

How is data sovereignty enforced — technically and legally?+

Workloads are gated by customer-held HSM keys; even Rhodium 45 administrators cannot decrypt customer data. Contracts are executed under the customer's jurisdiction, with regulator-readable audit interfaces co-designed at deployment.

What is the typical timeline from enquiry to production?+

Initial briefing within two business days. Indicative proposal within ten. Site-ready to production inference in approximately twelve weeks once a deployment is signed.

Is pricing published?+

No. Engagements are priced against workload mix, jurisdiction, term, and power source. Indicative pricing is shared after a short scoping call under NDA.

Can we exit and repatriate our models and data?+

Yes. Every deployment includes a reversible-exit clause: model weights, fine-tunes, and operational data can be repatriated on ninety-day notice.
